1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing Prompify (prompify.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.

2. Customer Output Ownership

100% IP Ownership: Prompify claims no intellectual property rights over any scripts, video takes, transcripts, audio recordings, or metadata generated by users through the Service. All customer outputs remain the sole property of the customer for commercial and non-commercial distribution.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing Terms

Paid subscription plans allocate monthly speech recognition hours (e.g. 5 hours, 20 hours, 60 hours). Speech recognition time is counted strictly when the microphone is actively transcribing speech. Usage pauses automatically after 15 seconds of silence. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually) and may be cancelled with 1-click anytime before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via the self-service billing management portal. Upon cancellation, access to plan quotas continues uninterrupted until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.

5. Service Availability & Uptime Guarantee

Prompify provides an uptime commitment of 99.99% for active subscription tiers, leveraging multi-region cloud primitives. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
