Your microphone audio, video takes, and private script contents are strictly NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI or language models.
TLS 1.3 & AES-256 Encryption
All transit data is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Recorded video takes remain exclusively on your local device disk memory via WebRTC.
1. Overview
Prompify ("we", "our", "Prompify.in", or "the Service") provides real-time voice-following teleprompter technology designed for creators, executives, and enterprises. This document details how we handle client data with complete confidentiality.
2. Zero-Model-Training & Audio Privacy
When using Prompify:
- Microphone Audio: Processed in real time via client-side Web Speech APIs. Audio buffers are discarded instantly after phonetic word alignment. No audio recordings are transmitted to or stored on Prompify servers.
- Camera & Video Takes: Video recording is handled exclusively in your local browser runtime via the standard W3C MediaRecorder API. Video takes stay on your local disk.
- Zero AI Training: We explicitly guarantee that customer scripts, acoustic audio, and video recordings are never harvested or utilized for machine learning training.
3. Information We Collect & Process
For registered accounts, we store basic profile credentials (name, email) and plan entitlement quotas. Payment transactions are tokenized and processed via certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant partners.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Rights
Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have the right to access, export, or permanently delete their account and data at any time. To request immediate data purge, email us at contact@prompify.in.
